GoGo Newton is available to book rides for transportation in surrounding towns and areas as noted below.   When your registration through the City has been processed, you will receive an email or text from GoGo Grandparent prompting you to complete your set up.  Once you are set up with GoGo Grandparent, you may begin calling 855-605-8544 to reserve your ride(s). 

GoGo Newton makes it easy to travel to the Cooper Center for events and classes.  The on-demand service is available from ANY address in Newton TO and FROM 345 Walnut Street for $2 per ride.

Additionally, there is no fee to speak to a GoGo Newton Customer Service representative.  The City has made it easy for GoGo Newton participants to contact GoGo and speak to a Customer Service agent 24/7 to book a ride, ask a billing question, confirm the correct pick up or drop off location, ask questions about your account, or provide feedback on a ride or driver. GoGo Newton Customer Service representatives are awaiting your call at 1-855-605-8544. 

How To Register:

To use the GoGo Newton service, all riders must register and complete a verification process online or in person in Newton by appointment. All registrants must provide documentation demonstrating their age, Newton residency, disability status (if applicable), and income or public assistance status (if applicable). Eligible Newton Residents:

• Older Adults (ages 65+)
• People living with a disability (ages 18-64)
• People receiving public assistance (ages 18+)
• Recent NewMo users (ages 60-64)

GoGo Newton Transportation Service

• The GoGo model provides responsive customer service to link riders with carefully vetted and selected Uber and Lyft drivers 24/7 with point-to-point service.
• Rides are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
• All rides have to originate or end in Newton. The service area includes anywhere in Newton, Brookline, Needham, Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley, and Weston, as well as the following Boston medical facilities:

• Rides can be booked through GoGo's automated phone system, a webpage on your computer or smartphone, or by speaking with an agent. 
• Rides can be scheduled in advance or when you are ready to travel.
• Riders can request that a friend or family member be notified of the status of their rides.
