• File of Life:   The packet is available through the Cooper Center and is used to provide Emergency Medical Technicians with life-saving information such as emergency contacts, medical conditions, medications, allergies, medical insurance and more.  It comes with a magnetic pouch to hang on your refrigerator and one for your wallet. If you would like to request a packet or currently use File of Life, and would like new information sheets contact us at 617-796-1675.
