Affordable Housing Opportunities in Newton

Please note: this list will be updated as lotteries for new projects become available. Some opportunities listed are only accepting waitlist applications.

West Newton Armory: 1137 Washington St, West Newton, MA 02465

Maloney Properties is actively accepting APPLICATIONS (PDF VERSION) for 43 units (15 one-bedroom, 21 two-bedroom, and 7 three-bedroom -- of which 7 are accessible). The application deadline is 9/18/26 and applications can be submitted via email to WNArmory@maloneyproperties.com or by mail/in person (dropbox on the 1st floor) at: West Newton Armory, c/o Maloney Properties LLC, 27 Mica Lane, 3rd Floor, Wellesley, MA 02481.

Newton Community Development Foundation (NCDF) is accepting applications for the waiting list for 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. As applicants reach the top of the waiting list, the Leasing Office will contact them to complete a Lease Application. Units are leased to income-eligible applicants.
