2025 Strategy Update Project: City staffers and volunteers are working with the consulting firm Camoin Associates to create a set of priorities City leaders may pursue to support local economic growth in coming years.

This effort, to be completed by year's end, will update the comprehensive economic strategy published in 2019. Please see the 2019 Action Plan in the menu at left.

Next Steps: The updated strategic plan will be published after it has been presented to the Economic Development Commission, the Administration, and the City Council. The content will be available on this website.

Funding: This project was funded by a $50,000 Community Compact Best Practices grant Newton received from the Healy Administration in September 2024.
