Newton Splash Park Policies
Welcome! Have fun and stay safe while enjoying the splash pad!
Getting Started
- To turn on the splash pad features, find the Activator Pole and place your hand on the sensor.
- The activators control the spray features, not the mist and fog features which are on automatic timers to allow for recharge.
Supervision & Safety
- Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The splash pad is unsupervised—please use at your own risk.
- Leave immediately if you hear thunder or see lightning.
Hygiene & Water Safety
- Swim diapers and/or a waterproof diaper cover are required for anyone not yet toilet trained.
- This splash pad uses treated, recirculated water—please do not drink it!
- Water shoes are recommended to protect little feet and prevent slipping.

THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED:
- Smoking, vaping, or alcohol
- Glass containers, food, or drinks in the splash park area
- Bikes, skateboards, roller blades
- Rough play or foul language
- Soap, shampoo, or bathing activities
- Pets or animals
- Loud or amplified music
- Using the splash pad with open wounds or illness
