Newton Splash Park Policies
Welcome! Have fun and stay safe while enjoying the splash pad!

Getting Started

• To turn on the splash pad features, find the Activator Pole and place your hand on the sensor.
• The activators control the spray features, not the mist and fog features which are on automatic timers to allow for recharge. 

Supervision & Safety

• Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• The splash pad is unsupervised—please use at your own risk.
• Leave immediately if you hear thunder or see lightning.

Hygiene & Water Safety

• Swim diapers and/or a waterproof diaper cover are required for anyone not yet toilet trained.
• This splash pad uses treated, recirculated water—please do not drink it!
• Water shoes are recommended to protect little feet and prevent slipping.

THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED:

• Smoking, vaping, or alcohol
• Glass containers, food, or drinks in the splash park area
• Bikes, skateboards, roller blades
• Rough play or foul language
• Soap, shampoo, or bathing activities
• Pets or animals
• Loud or amplified music
• Using the splash pad with open wounds or illness
