Tell me about Performances in the Park

What: Performances in the Park are a series of six popular outdoor concerts that draw hundreds of people each week for an evening of lively entertainment. Feel free to bring a folding chair or blanket and a picnic dinner. Leashed pets are welcome, and dancing is highly recommended! Please see the 2026 schedule below.

When: Sundays from 6 to 7:30: July 5th, July 12th, July 19th, July 26, August 2, and August 9th.

Where: The Newton Centre Bowl, an open park space adjacent to the Newton Centre playground, down the hill from the HUT (69 Tyler Terrace) and in the back of Mason-Rice school.
