The scholarship fund provides recreational opportunities for Newton families who are in need. With support from the Community Development Block Grant.
Scholarships are available to qualifying Newton Residents and are applied to a Newton Parks & Recreation summer camp. For the 2027 Summer Camp season Scholarships applications will be available Winter 2027 and are due by May 1st.
To donate to the scholarship fund, please make checks payable to City of Newton and mail to:
