The scholarship fund provides recreational opportunities for Newton families who are in need. With support from the Community Development Block Grant, we awarded over $35,000.00 in scholarships for campers that attended Newton Parks, Recreation & Culture summer camps in 2025.

Scholarships are available to qualifying Newton Residents and are applied to a Newton Parks, Recreation & Culture summer camp.  Scholarships applications are due by May 1st.  Please fill out and submit the application below if you are interested in a scholarship for this summer.
