During open enrollment May 1 - 29, 2026, eligible employees and non-medicare eligible retirees may enroll or make changes to benefits for coverage effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 (FY27).
All retirees may enroll or make changes to dental and/or vision benefits for coverage effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 (FY27).
This is your annual opportunity to add or change medical, dental and/or other benefit plans. This is also your time to add or drop eligible dependents from coverage. The only other opportunity you have to make these changes is when you experience a qualifying life event such as a birth or adoption of a child, marriage, divorce, loss of coverage, etc.
Please note that if you are enrolling in family health or dental coverage, you will be required to provide copies of your marriage certificate for your spouse and/or a birth certificate or proof of adoption/custody for your children.

- Active Employee Dental Insurance - Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Active Employee and all Retiree Vision Insurance - Altus
- All Retiree Dental Insurance - Blue Cross Blue Shield
