The City is changing our dental insurance provider to Blue Cross Blue Shield with coverage effective January 1, 2025.

We are adding enhanced benefits to your dental plan including the opportunity to carry dependent children on your family plan through age 26 and coverage for orthodontics for dependent children up to the age of 19.

Members currently enrolled in Guardian dental insurance will be automically transferred to BCBS. Whether you are transferring from Guardian or a new subscriber, please watch your mailbox for your BCBS member ID card arriving late December.
