PARENTS HELPING PARENTS

Parents Helping Parents connects parents with parents in both virtual and community support groups to share challenges, express frustrations, and ask questions. Find the support and feedback you need to help yourself and your children. All services are free, anonymous, confidential, and accessible.

Parent Stress Line, 1-800-632-8188
Free, Confidential & Anonymous
The Parent Stress Line offers a safe place for parents and caregivers to talk about the challenges of raising children and receive kindness, understanding, and the non-judgmental support needed to help prevent a situation from escalating into a crisis. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Parent Support Groups
Free, Confidential & Open to Anyone Who Identifies as a Caregiver
The purpose of these support groups is to create safe spaces where group members share experiences about parenting no matter where they are on the parenting journey. They are run by volunteer facilitators who are trained in our Parents Helping Parents Mutual Aid Support Group Model.

BHHL

MASSACHUSETTS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HELP LINE

If you are struggling with mental health or substance use, the Behavioral Health Helpline (BHHL) connects Massachusetts residents directly to clinical support, where and when they need it. It’s free, available 24/7, and offers real-time interpretation in over 200 languages. Individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing can also use the BHHL by contacting MassRelay at 711.
