Sign Up for Emergency Alerts on Our New System
We have transitioned to a new emergency alert system to send residents important messages via email, telephone, and/or text messages.
The new system, called CivicPlus Mass Notification, is a key information tool to quickly relay the most up to date information to residents during unexpected emergencies, and to relay other types of important information including safety information during weather events and road closures (for example, before and during the Boston Marathon).
