Friends and Family CPR is a community non-certification level training with our Public Health Nurse and lots of hands-on practice! In this 2.5 hour training, you will learn how to confidently respond to a life-threatening medical emergency. This session will review adult, child, and infant rescue with hands on CPR, AED training, and Heimlich techniques.
