The City continues to monitor and adjust the timing at this very busy intersection. Although a majority of the traffic backups are along Parker Street in the northbound direction, the average delay from Wheeler to Route 9 is less than 10 minutes. The City is well aware of the queues and delays and are doing everything possible to provide as much green time for the northbound direction along Parker Street. Please remember the purpose of this project was to provide safe access for both turning traffic onto/off Route 9 as well as pedestrians. Again, we ask for your patience during this period as we make these adjustments.
