Subway service is available along the Green Line (Riverside). Newton stops include Riverside, Woodland, Waban, Eliot, Newton Highlands, Newton Centre, Chestnut Hill.
Commuter Rail service is available along the Worcester/Framingham line. Newton stops include Auburndale, West Newton and Newtonville.

Seniors
Newton Senior Center,  Yellow Voucher Transportation Program – Discounted trips for Newton residents 60+ years of age , Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM with advance purchase of vouchers. You can go to  grocery store, medical appointments, library, village centers, senior center, and other locations. Vouchers available at the Newton Senior Center or by mail.  A $4  contribution per voucher is requested, with further discounts available as needed.
