Administrative Site Plan Review

Under Section 30-5(a)(2) the Planning Department is responsible for the review of the construction, alteration, enlargement, reconstruction use or change of use of buildings for religious or non-profit educational purposes. The Administrative Site Plan Review process requires qualified applicants to submit plans to the Planning Department for a coordinated review by city agencies.
