Historic Windows - Rehabilitation

276 Church Street, Newton Corner, MA 02458

goals:

Rehabilitate 66 original wooden windows on the first and second floors of the portion of the building that was constructed for the YMCA in 1911. The upper floors are used for low-income housing.

funding:

$4,500,000 private bond (through Eastern Bank)
 $3,500,000 private fundraising/donations
$160,273 CPA funds appropriated & spent (historic resources)
$8,160,273 TOTAL PROJECT COST
