248 Elliot Street and 12 Linden Street, Newton Upper Falls, MA 02464

goals:

Preserve, rehabilitate and expand a ca. 1840 Greek Revival worker's cottage to create 3 affordable units with a total of 6 bedrooms (with 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms), in a mixed-income condominium development of 5 units. Two affordable units are designated for households at up to 80 percent of area median income; one is for a household below 100 percent of area median income.

Additional CPA funds were used to restore historic exterior clapboards discovered in the course of renovations.
