The CPC will not meet in August 2018.
Please note this meeting's unusual day of the week, to avoid Rosh Hashanah. Agenda requests and associated written materials for this meeting are due by Friday, 24 August 2018.
Dates & deadlines for other CPC meetings in 2018 and 2019 are available from our Calendar link.
As of July 2018, the CPC has agreed to consider all currently pending proposals "off-cycle" (early), so no proposals will be considered based on the regular Fy19 annual deadlines.
The required first steps in the funding process are an in-person orientation meeting with staff and discussion of a short pre-proposal with the CPC at one of its regular public meetings. Deadlines for projects intending to request funds in Fy20 (fall 2019):
Sponsors are strongly encouraged to request orientation meetings and submit pre-proposals well ahead of the deadlines for their target funding round. The CPC has more time for thoughtful discussion of early pre-proposals, which can also help the Committee consider reserving current funds for future use.
