 | The City of Newton has offered summer day camps since 1982. The popularity of this initial program led to the addition of several other summer camps and clinics. The Next Stop is the newest program designed to meet the needs of Newton’s middle school population. It features weekly themes and trips for boys and girls entering grades 5, 6, 7 and 8.

| | Location The Next Stop will be held at the Williams Elementary School at 141 Gove Street in Auburndale, Massachusetts. The area has plenty of outdoor space and fresh air for a day camp program. There are playing fields and a playground for outdoor use. The school building provides ample space for arts and crafts, and other inside activities. Overnight Adventure Week Join us for our Overnight Adventure Week at Club Getaway in Kent, Connecticut August 5 – 9, 2013. Check out Club Getaway at http://clubgetaway.com/kids. Campers registering for the overnight week must also register for at least 1 previous week. | Dates – Times – Fees The Next Stop runs Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Extended Day hours are available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The program begins July 1 and continues through August 16, 2013. Costs listed are per child per week. A $30.00 non refundable deposit is due per week. The Overnight Adventure Week runs from 8:30 am Monday August 5th to 5:00 pm Friday August 9th.
