Season Swim Permits
- Permits are sold to RESIDENTS ONLY for the summer season.
- Permit Fees are non-refundable.
- Permits are valid at both Crystal Lake and Gath Pool
- Permits are purchased at Crystal lake and Gath Pool
- All fees shown are tentative for 2013, the Parks and Recreation reserves the right to amend fees as dictated by budget considerations

| At the conclusion of the regular season for Crystal Lake, Gath Pool will remain open to the swimming public on a post season schedule closing on Labor Day - September 2, 2013. |

| We will be offering the New American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program. Children in Level 1-6 must be a minimum of 6 years old by first lesson. Pre-School lessons will be available for Ages 4 and 5 years old. |
The City of Newton provides lessons to its residents for a nominal fee. The fee for the 2013 season will be Fees $45.00 (subject to change) All participants in the lesson program regardless of age are required to have a swim permit. This fee is separate from the season swim permit.
Lessons Only may be charged to Visa or Master Card. Gath Pool accepts students that are 3 years old and toilet trained for lessons. Crystal Lake children must be 4 and trained. The new American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program. Children in Levels 1-6 must be a minimum of age 6 to participate at this level regardless of what levels they were in during past years. Anyone under age 6 must be in the pre-school level for their age. Level 1 - 3 year olds, Leve 2 - 4 year olds and Level 3 - 5 year olds.
