Believe it or not, summer is right around the corner! We've put together a guide to Newton camps for middle schoolers and a guide to other activities (besides camp) for your middle schooler.
For some families summer planning is especially stressful. While Newton’s Health and Human Services department does not have any financial scholarships to help offset the cost of programs, we do have staff available to discuss your specific circumstances and help you develop a plan for your family. We are able to explore youth program options with you as well as discuss other needs you might have around food, safety, and well-being that can have particular challenges during the summer months. If you would like to set up an appointment with a city of Newton social worker please call 617-796-1420.
Below you'll find information on programs, financial aid information and links to help you find an after school opportunity for your middle schooler!
This guide outlines the programs that are available in Newton for middle school students. It contains the program, cost, financial aid information, and a brief description of each.
