All organizations holding a raffle or bazaar as a fundraiser must obtain a permit to conduct a Raffle and/or Bazaar in the City of Newton. There are several restrictions and reporting requirements, please click on the application link below to review all of the restrictions and the application process. Please be aware that the application process has several steps and once your paperwork is submitted, it will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to process. Please plan accordingly. Once issued, your permit will be good for one year from the date of issue.
Each year, organizations holding a raffle or bazaar must complete an annual report form and submit it to the City Clerk’s Office.
