#31-15 PROGRAMS & SERVICES COMMITTEE proposing an ordinance to limit the use of leaf blowers.
#31-15(2) PROGRAMS & SERVICES COMMITTEE requesting to amend Chapter 20-13, Noise Control, relative to time restrictions on the use of yard, garden or grounds maintenance equipment.
THE PROGRAMS & SERVICES COMMITTEE WILL BE TAKING UP THE LEAF BLOWER ITEMS ON MARCH 23. THE CITY COUNCIL WILL BE HOLDING A COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING AT 7:00PM AND THE PROGRAMS & SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING WILL START AT THE CONCLUSION OF THAT MEETING. IT IS UNKNOWN HOW LONG THAT MEETING WILL LAST. WHEN THE PROGRAMS & SERVICES MEETING DOES START, SEVERAL ITEMS WILL BE TAKEN UP BEFORE THE LEAF BLOWER ITEMS. PLEASE CONSULT THE AGENDA LOCATED ON THE 2016 PROGRAMS & SERVICES PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
